Campaign Manager, Singapore
Location: Singapore
At Fifth Ring, we help B2B brands Own Their Space. Across energy, maritime, technology and manufacturing, we work with ambitious businesses in markets that move fast and demand precision. We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Singapore team to lead multi-channel campaigns across APAC and beyond, and bring the kind of strategic thinking that turns insight into measurable impact.
This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity, takes ownership seriously, and sees AI not as a novelty but as a genuine part of how great work gets done faster and more consistently.
What it's like to work here.
Fifth Ring is a place where smart thinking meets bold creativity. We are global, collaborative and values-driven. Our core values guide how we work every day: Master our subject. Act with integrity. Dare to be different. Aspire to greatness. Inspire each other.
As a Campaign Manager in Singapore, you'll be part of a globally connected team, working across time zones and disciplines, trusted by B2B clients to deliver campaigns that perform. You'll have real autonomy, genuine runway, and colleagues who will push your thinking.
The role.
As Campaign Manager, you will plan, manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns from discovery and strategy through activation, optimisation and reporting. You will translate agreed strategies into practical channel plans across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, email and relevant APAC platforms, monitor performance closely, and lead optimisation recommendations with a clear eye on ROI.
You will work closely with the Singapore client services team, keeping communication clear and consistent, supporting client meetings with sharp summaries and performance narratives, and joining client calls to explain results and next steps with confidence.
AI is an integral part of how this role works, not as a specialism, but as a day-to-day collaborator. You will use AI tools to structure plans, co-create reports and proposals, and standardise shared outputs in ways that improve the quality and efficiency of the whole team.
What you'll bring.
You will bring a proven track record in delivering B2B marketing or digital campaigns, hands-on experience across major paid platforms — LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, GA4 — and a strong working knowledge of performance KPIs and how to use them to guide decisions. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including HubSpot or Mailchimp, is important.
You are comfortable using AI assistants as part of your working day to co-create with colleagues, structure information and draft shared documents, and you are motivated to help others work that way too. You are organised, proactive and calm under pressure, with the communication skills to present confidently in a client-facing environment.
Familiarity with Asian and Chinese digital channels and experience working across multiple markets are a strong advantage.
Sound like your kind of role?
If you are looking for a campaign role with real scope, international reach and the freedom to do your best thinking, we would like to hear from you.
