We are looking for a Campaign Executive to join our award-winning Campaign team, working hands-on across paid digital channels to execute and optimise campaigns that perform.

This is a role for someone who is as comfortable in a LinkedIn Ads dashboard as they are in a campaign debrief. Someone who gets things set up right, keeps a close eye on performance, and knows how to make the numbers move.

As a Campaign Executive in Aberdeen, you'll be part of a team that takes B2B digital marketing seriously — working across international programmes and developing skills across the full range of paid and digital channels.

The role.

As Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimisation of digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta and HubSpot CRM. You will set up campaigns correctly, manage and optimise them actively, and prepare clear performance reports and insights for clients and the wider team.

You will maintain campaign documentation, manage budgets and timelines, ensure all assets are correctly uploaded and functioning, and assist with UTM tagging and tracking for accurate reporting. You will support platform audits, contribute to market research, and help develop proposals with relevant data and case studies. Staying current on platform developments and emerging digital trends is part of the role.

What you'll bring.

You will bring hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment, alongside a formal qualification in marketing, communications or a related field. You have working knowledge of at least one paid digital platform — LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads or Meta — and a solid understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies and campaign objectives.

You are detail-oriented and organised, comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and motivated by data and performance. You are calm under pressure and curious about how campaigns can always be made to work harder.
