The launch of Singapore's first ultra-fast charging facility in the north took Gold and two Silvers at the 2026 Marketing Events Awards.Fifth Ring's work for client Busways has won three awards at the 2026 Marketing Events Awards, the APAC-wide programme organised by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE. Shortlisted across five of 43 categories, the Busways B'EV Terminal Charging Hub launch won:

Gold — Best Event: 100–500 Attendees
Silver — Best Press / Media Event
Silver — Best Use of Sustainability

It was the first campaign between the two companies.

The B'EV Terminal Charging Hub, at 27 Senoko Way, is Singapore's first ultra-fast charging facility in the north, combining ultra-fast charging with solar, wind and battery energy storage in a single working system. Fifth Ring's Singapore team delivered the grand opening end to end with event management and an integrated PR and media programme, positioning it as a national sustainability milestone tied to the Singapore Green Plan 2030 and the country's push on EV heavy-vehicle adoption.

On 8 December 2025, the launch secured a Member of Parliament as Guest of Honour and hosted around 250 guests, partners and journalists across a four-hour programme. The media programme drove an estimated 4.15 million in reach across 15 pieces of coverage, alongside a live interview on MONEY FM 89.3.

Of the event, Martin Toh, CEO of Busways Pte Ltd said: "The launch of the B'EV Terminal Charging Hub was an important milestone for Busways, not only in advancing our EV charging capabilities but also in sharing our vision for sustainable mobility. As our trusted marketing agency, Fifth Ring played an important role in helping us communicate the significance of the project and connect our story with the wider industry and community."

The wins reflect Fifth Ring's brand-to-demand approach in complex, technically demanding markets, turning a single launch into lasting national visibility for the client. "This was our first campaign with Busways, and three awards from it is a strong start," said Debbie Ho, Regional Director, Asia, Fifth Ring. "The team built the launch around a national story and delivered an event and media programme that put a first-of-its-kind facility firmly on the national stage. Full credit to Busways for the ambition, and the trust to do it properly."
