Strategy & Creative Service Lead

The role.

As Strategy & Creative Service Lead, you will provide leadership across strategy and creative delivery, making sure our work is insight-led, commercially focused, and built to deliver measurable results. Working closely with our client service, content, campaign, digital and leadership teams, you'll translate complex business objectives into compelling marketing strategies and creative solutions that clients can act on with confidence.

You'll lead the development of strategic marketing and brand recommendations, drive creative excellence across campaigns, content and integrated programmes, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. You'll help shape propositions, pitches and new-business opportunities, and use market insight, audience understanding and commercial awareness to influence the decisions that matter.

Developing people sits at the heart of the role. You'll coach and support colleagues across strategy and creative disciplines, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement, and playing a real part in the ongoing growth and reputation of Fifth Ring.

What you'll bring.

You will bring significant experience in strategic marketing, brand strategy or agency leadership, with strong creative thinking matched by genuine commercial awareness. You have advised senior stakeholders and influenced client decisions, and you have a track record of developing B2B marketing strategies and campaigns that work.

You are a natural leader who can inspire multidisciplinary teams, an excellent communicator and presenter, and someone who brings a collaborative approach and a real passion for helping clients succeed.
