We are looking for a Project Manager to join our award-winning team and own the end-to-end delivery of client projects and campaigns, from scope to sign-off.

As a Project Manager in Aberdeen, you'll be the delivery engine behind international B2B programmes — working alongside creative, campaign and client teams to bring complex work to life for clients in genuinely demanding industries.
The role.
As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of client projects and campaigns from end to end: defining scope, building the plans and schedules, and managing execution through to completion. You'll choose the right delivery approach for each project, whether Agile, Waterfall or a hybrid of the two, and act as the delivery counterpart to the Account Manager so client requirements are always met.
You will keep tight control of scope and change to protect margin and give Finance and Client Services clear, timely updates. You'll plan and secure resource across creative and delivery teams, manage trafficking and workflow to protect deadlines, and balance priorities across several concurrent projects.
Quality, risk and continuous improvement sit with you too. You'll own quality assurance, risk and issue management and change control across your projects, drive better ways of working, and support and develop more junior colleagues along the way — upholding the agency's delivery standards and defending its commercial interests.
What you'll bring.
You will bring established project management expertise, ideally from an agency environment, with a strong command of methodologies across Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid approaches. You have a proven track record of managing the financial and commercial side of projects, strong resource and stakeholder management skills, and the communication and problem-solving ability to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
A PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM or PMI-ACP certification would be an advantage, as would experience with Kantata or a similar professional-services automation tool, and any background in B2B or the energy sector.
