Campaign Manager - Aberdeen

Rings overlay

(6-month fixed-term contract)
Location: Aberdeen (hybrid, flexible working available)

At Fifth Ring, we help B2B brands Own Their Space. Great marketing strategies are only worth as much as the results they deliver. We work with global clients in energy, maritime, technology and manufacturing — industries at the heart of global change — turning insight into integrated campaigns that drive engagement, generate demand and perform across international markets. We are looking for a Campaign Manager on a six-month fixed-term contract to shape and deliver that work.

This is a role for someone who turns insight into action. Someone who can translate a client objective into a sharp campaign strategy, run it across channels, and optimise it until the numbers move. If you take real satisfaction in campaigns that don’t just look good but deliver measurable business impact, this is your kind of role.

What it’s like to work here.

Fifth Ring is a place where smart thinking meets bold creativity. We are a certified Great Place to Work — global, collaborative and values-driven. Our core values guide how we work every day: Master our subject. Act with integrity. Dare to be different. Aspire to greatness. Inspire each other.

As a Campaign Manager in Aberdeen, you’ll work at the heart of a collaborative team, partnering with client service, creative, content and digital specialists to bring strategies to life for clients operating in genuinely complex industries.

The role.

As Campaign Manager, you will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and marketing automation tools. You’ll translate client objectives into clear strategies, plans and performance frameworks, then manage delivery, timelines, budgets and KPIs to bring every campaign in on time and to a high standard. Using data, insight and testing, you’ll monitor and optimise performance to maximise ROI, and create the reports and recommendations that help clients understand their results and see what’s next.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues as a trusted marketing adviser, support pitches, proposals and strategic planning for both existing and prospective clients, and stay ahead of marketing trends, platform developments and emerging technologies.

AI is becoming a core part of how we work, and this role reflects that. You won’t need to be an AI expert, but you will use AI tools as a collaborative partner, to structure and analyse information, support planning and reporting, improve efficiency and consistency across projects, help shape proposals and performance narratives, and share best practice with colleagues. We’re looking for someone who embraces new ways of working.

What you’ll bring.

You will bring around three to five years’ experience in a campaign, digital or performance marketing role, with strong knowledge of B2B marketing and the customer journey, and hands-on experience across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta and marketing automation tools. You understand campaign performance metrics inside out, including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM and conversion rates, and you have the organisational skills to manage several projects at once.

You’re an excellent communicator and presenter, and you already use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar to improve how you work. You’ll also need to be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Agency or consultancy experience, work with international clients and markets, an understanding of Account-Based Marketing, exposure to APAC or Chinese marketing channels, and familiarity with marketing technology stacks, CRM systems and advanced reporting tools will all serve you well here.
