We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team and help us grow and strengthen our client relationships across Europe.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be a key player in that culture. You’ll work across borders, build strong relationships and help our clients — and our agency — grow. You will get to work with and learn from subject matter experts across creative, campaign, content, PR and web teams while working on impactful, international projects.
The role.
As an Account Manager, you’ll lead on multiple client accounts, acting as the link between their strategic goals and our delivery. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects are aligned with client objectives, executed to a high standard and delivered on time and on budget. This is a role that requires a sharp focus on both strategy and detail. You’ll be briefing delivery teams, managing internal communication, and keeping a close eye on deadlines, costs and KPIs.
You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them navigate changing market landscapes, identify new opportunities and grow their presence. From day-to-day campaign management to long-term planning and relationship development, you’ll be a consistent, confident presence for your clients and colleagues alike.
What you’ll bring.
You’ll have a strong foundation in client services, with experience managing B2B marketing projects and building successful client relationships. Alternatively, you may be from an in-house marketing background, used to supporting internal stakeholders and managing multiple projects. You’re organised, proactive and commercially aware, and comfortable working across teams to ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards.
You’ll be a natural communicator, able to brief clearly, listen actively and challenge constructively when needed. You’re confident under pressure, solutions-focused and not afraid to push for better. Experience in energy, maritime or industrial sectors will help, but more important is your ability to get close to a client’s business and make an impact.
You’ll also bring an understanding of budgets, resource management and performance reporting, and a mindset that balances client satisfaction with healthy project margins.
