We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Houston Client Services team — supporting the delivery of high-quality work for clients across complex, competitive markets.

As an Account Executive in Houston, you'll be working at the heart of one of the world's most important energy markets, contributing to international programmes and learning from people who know their industries inside out.
As Account Executive, you will support Client Services colleagues in the day-to-day execution of client projects — keeping things moving, keeping standards high and keeping everyone aligned. That means assisting with project plans, supporting proposal development, researching client industries, and contributing to brainstorms and creative sessions.
You will manage the administration that keeps accounts running smoothly — updating project management systems, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and contact reports, and briefing suppliers including photographers, videographers and contractors. You will support the production of client performance reports and work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables land to the right standard.
You will bring strong written and verbal communication skills, sharp attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in. You are organised, reliable and build good relationships naturally. A formal qualification in marketing, communications or a related field is desirable, as is experience in a client-facing environment and an understanding of B2B marketing. Familiarity with the oil and gas industry is a bonus, but curiosity and professionalism will take you a long way here.
