As its focus turned to building its brand in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, customer interaction management specialist Servion approached Fifth Ring, Singapore, for PR support.  

A world leader in the customer interaction management and contact centre applications industries, Servion has more than 600 customers and over 1,000 installations across 60 countries. As a result, it required a communications partner with an understanding of business on an international scale. This made Fifth Ring the ideal choice.

Since our relationship with Servion began we’ve expanded our work scope substantially. This has included running lead generation events and business/marketing tie-ups; planning and managing email direct-marketing campaigns and establishing partnerships with key industry bodies.

In direct response to the company’s desire to increase its profile in APAC, we promoted the opening of its new office in Thailand and subsequently continue to raise awareness of the organisation’s expansion in the region.

In this way, we have helped Servion build a stronger brand in the customer interaction management space, generating greater awareness of the brand among its stakeholders in the Asia Pacific region.

We have since expanded our relationship and now also support Servion in the Middle East from our office in Dubai.
