Scotia remains ahead of the curve with regards to planning strategy, so some community education around the concept of ‘placemaking’ has been required. We’ve worked with Scotia to produce everything from newsletters engaging local residents before the design has even begun, to showhome branding and property advertisements demonstrating the concept in action.
